Construction progress continues: new impressions in our construction diary

A lot has happened in our neighbourhood in recent months. Construction work on the first extensions and new buildings continues to make steady progress. In our construction diary, which can be found at https://fuerstenriedwest.de/entwicklung/, we now provide new impressions of the progress made over the last three months. The assembly of the modules for the first extensions has already been completed, meaning that the interior work can now begin. Civil engineering work on the new buildings is progressing steadily. The first construction sites have already been fully excavated. Following the successful concreting of the floor slabs, the first concrete work is now being carried out for the basement floors. In 2024, not only is the start of construction planned for additional storeys, but the first pure refurbishments of existing buildings will also begin. We will also document these developments on an ongoing basis in our construction diary. Through the diary, we want to provide insights into our work and record the developments of the construction and refurbishment measures in our neighbourhood. We are pleased to be able to let the residents of FÜRstenried West participate in the progress of our measures in this way.
