1. Digital tenant portal of the Ackermann Group

Everything from a single source: In the tenant portal you will find news, contacts, forms and much more – also conveniently available as an app for iOS and Android.

Your property manager will tell you everything you need to know about your home.

2. Damage report

Our service partner BO is now your contact for all maintenance damage to your home and building.
They will also handle emergencies outside our business hours.
It’s so easy:   1. Report damage Simply enter your tenant details and check that they are correct.  2. details of the damage Briefly answer a few questions to describe the damage in more detail.  3. arrange a repair appointment Select an appointment to repair the damage and send the report.

3. Elevator malfunction

Service hotline for elevator faults in the district In the event of elevator faults in the district, please contact our new service partner Hundt Consult directly on 040 / 33 44 15 30. This specialized service is available to you around the clock, 24/7.
Your safety and comfort are important to us, and we guarantee to resolve any problems quickly.
Please make a note of this number in case of an emergency.

4. Laundry in the neighborhood

To increase your well-being, we have digitized the washing machines in the district with the help of WeWash.
Now you can easily book and cancel washing times via the WeWash app without having to wait for a free machine.
For those without a smartphone, we offer a telephone reservation service.
All machines are clearly numbered and you will find instructions and all the necessary contacts in the laundry room.
