1. Digital tenant portal of the Ackermann Group

Everything from a single source: In the tenant portal you will find news, contacts, forms and much more – also conveniently available as an app for iOS and Android.

1. Online Damage Report

Our service partner B&O is now your main point of contact for all maintenance-related damages in your apartment or the building. They also handle emergency cases outside our regular business hours. Here’s how it works:
1. Report the damage: Simply enter your tenant details and check for accuracy.
2. Provide damage details: Answer a few short questions to describe the damage more precisely.
3. Schedule a repair appointment: Choose a date for the repair and submit your request.

Note: The online damage report is provided by BO Service AG.

This specialized service is available to you 24/7. Your safety and comfort are important to us, and we guarantee a fast resolution to any elevator issues. Please make a note of this number in case of an emergency.

3. Laundry Services in the Quarter

To enhance your living comfort, we’ve digitized the laundry facilities in the neighborhood using WeWash.
You can now conveniently book and cancel your laundry time via the WeWash App – no more waiting for a free machine.

For those without a smartphone, we offer a telephone reservation service.
All machines are clearly numbered, and in the laundry room you’ll find instructions and all necessary contact information.

This way, your laundry care becomes simple and convenient.
