Tenant Consultation Hours: Your Property Management Team, In Person and On Site

The property management company Smart Property Management offers in-person tenant consultation hours twice a week at the neighborhood center located at Appenzeller Straße 111. Residents can go there to discuss questions and concerns regarding their lease, their apartment, and the building.

Office hours are Mondays from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Please make an appointment in advance by emailing mieter.fuw@smartprop-management.de.
