In the current issue of our neighborhood newspaper, the Hines team also welcomes you as project managers with a foreword:
Dear residents of our FÜRstenried West neighborhood,
2023 is drawing to a close and 2024 is just around the corner. This is the perfect occasion for us to look back on the year and extend our warmest greetings and gratitude to you at this festive time of year. Our highlights of the last 12 months include the many great activities and events. From the garden party, to the yard sale, to the skateboard workshop, together with you. We were particularly pleased with the opening of the new playgrounds, which are now being used by our youngest residents. It is also wonderful to see how the neighborhood meeting place has developed into a popular venue for private parties.
Of course, work also began this year on our neighborhood expansion. The addition of storeys, modernization measures and energy-efficient refurbishment of the existing buildings are progressing according to plan. We are aware that the construction work is accompanied by noise, dust and temporary restrictions in everyday life. We would therefore like to thank you for your support, understanding and patience during the construction phase and would also like to assure you that we will continue to make every effort to keep these disruptions to a minimum for you.
In this issue of our neighborhood newspaper, we not only want to look back, but also give you an outlook for 2024. We have many community activities planned, our neighborhood expansion will continue to take shape and we will continue to be there for you locally. We hope you enjoy reading this issue and, of course, wish you a Merry Christmas and a good start to 2024.
Yours sincerely,
Your Hines Team
