Haus Tödi: A year full of developments
FÜRstenried West continues to grow. The demolition of an existing building will create space for the new Haus Tödi building, the second of a total of four high points in the neighbourhood. Here, 70 modern flats, a day care centre and a new underground car park are being built, creating urgently needed living and care space as well as additional parking facilities.
The building will be constructed to at least KfW 55 standard, thus actively contributing to the sustainable development of the neighbourhood. Energy-efficient construction not only means lower emissions, but also a noticeable improvement in the quality of living. The well thought-out mix of 1- to 5-room flats ensures that people in different life situations will find a home here – from single people to families who will benefit from the spacious, family-friendly layouts.
Haus Tödi provides more than just living space: the photovoltaic system on the roof supports the climate-friendly energy supply and enables residents to participate in the neighbourhood-wide tenant electricity model. This means that tenants not only benefit from sustainable energy, but also from stable electricity costs in the long term. Construction work will begin this year and is expected to last until 2028.
