Apartments in the neighborhood: BERGGARTEN and BERGBLICK

Two more new buildings are now available for rent in the Fürstenried West neighborhood: The BERGGARTEN is already ready for occupancy, and rentals at the BERGBLICK have been underway since April 1, 2026. Together, they offer 107 new apartments ranging from 1 to 5 rooms—for singles, couples, and families. Exclusively for existing tenants in the neighborhood, a 10 percent discount on the base rent is available through June 1, 2026.

The BERGGARTEN adds 16 new 3- and 4-bedroom apartments to the neighborhood, built using a modern hybrid wood construction method. A daycare center is also being built on the ground floor and first floor, with completion scheduled for summer 2026. The BERGBLICK adds another 91 apartments to the neighborhood and enhances the sense of community living with a rooftop terrace, a club room, and a neighborhood fitness studio.
