For you 100% sustainable and flexible

The car sharing concept not only saves you money when purchasing, maintaining or repairing a car – it also protects the environment, as several users share a vehicle and is therefore more sustainable. In addition, the different vehicle models available from our car sharing partner allow you to choose the size of car to suit your needs.

Shared use of cars is therefore not only flexible, but also environmentally friendly.
We attach great importance to offering you a financially attractive and sustainable mobility concept through our car sharing partner. This is why we have purely electric or hybrid vehicles available at three locations, which can also be sustainably charged with green electricity on site in the neighborhood.

This reduces the burden on the environment and our cities’ roads. In a 2016 study, the German Carsharing Association (bcs) found that a well-developed inner-city carsharing service like the one in the FÜRstenried West district in Munich can save up to 20 private cars.1

Experience the mobility of tomorrow today:
FOR more freedom, more financial leeway and more sustainability.

Frequently asked questions

Registration

Who is my contractual partner?

All mobility offers on this website originate from überall GmbH, Geigelsteinstraße 5c, 83209 Prien am Chiemsee.

How can I register?

To use the vehicles of our cooperation partner, a one-time registration and subsequent activation and driver’s license check is required. Step 1: Registration is possible via the website fuerstenriedwest.de or by scanning the QR codes on the vehicles and locations or stations. Only residents of Fürstenried (zip code 81475) and Neuried (zip code 82061) can use the “FÜRstenriedWest Mobil” sharing service provided by the cooperation partner überall GmbH. Step 2: After registration, new interested parties will be activated by the operator within two working days. Step 3:

The driver’s license check can be carried out conveniently from home via e-mail or on site at the property management office during the weekly tenant consultation hours (every Thursday from 9 am to 12 pm). A driver’s license and ID card are required for the driver’s license check. Provided your credit check was positive, your account will be approved immediately after the digital driver’s license check and you can book right away.

If you only register to use bicycles, you can also use them without a driver’s license validation.

Which documents are accepted for driving license validation?

To confirm your identity and driving license, our cooperation partner will check your driving license and ID card on site or by e-mail. Don’t have a German driving license? You can find all the driving licenses we accept in the online register of genuine EU identity and travel documents. If you only register to use bicycles, you can also use them without validating your driving license.

What tariffs are available?

The rates are co-determined by our local cooperation partner, which is why different rates are charged for different vehicles at different locations. After registration, which is always free of charge, the rates for each vehicle can be viewed in the booking app. In principle, billing is always based on the time booked and the actual kilometers driven.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Our cooperation partner for sustainable mobility from Quartier FÜRstenried West in Munich offers you the option of convenient billing by credit card or SEPA direct debit mandate. You will be invoiced for your costs after each journey.

Why do I have to enter my cell phone number?

Our cooperation partner for sustainable mobility needs your mobile phone number to be able to inform you at short notice if your booked vehicle is not available.

Do I need an access card to open the vehicles?

No, you can open and close the vehicles of our cooperation partner for sustainable mobility from Quartier FÜRstenried West in Munich digitally via app.

Are movement profiles stored?

The on-board computers we use are equipped with a GPS module to determine their position and automatically transmit the GPS coordinates to the booking system every time they are closed with the MOQO app (end of journey). Furthermore, in justified exceptional cases, it is possible to send a manual position request to the on-board computer from the booking system so that the GPS coordinates are transmitted for the specific moment. This makes it possible, for example, to locate an incorrectly parked, towed or misappropriated vehicle.

Customer data account

Where can I change my personal data or payment details?

You can change your data for our mobility offers yourself in the booking portal at portal.moqo.de and in the app. The access data for the customer profile was sent to you after registration. Due to the General Data Protection Regulation, we can no longer accept your credit card and bank details in writing or by telephone and therefore ask you to make the change yourself online. It is not possible to change your driver’s license number in the booking portal. Please contact the customer service of our cooperation partner by phone or e-mail.

How can I cancel?

Names and driver’s license numbers cannot be changed independently. In these cases, please contact the customer service of our cooperation partner by e-mail: support@moqo.de

I have forgotten my password. How can I recover it?

Booking

How does the vehicle booking work?

The vehicles from our car sharing partner’s mobility range can be rented by the hour or by the day. Bookings can be made online at portal.moqo.de or via the app. You enter your booking period, the desired station and your preferred vehicle. The vehicle from our car sharing partner will be available at the station of your choice at the desired time. At the end of your journey, the vehicle must be returned to the same station so that the next user can find it at the specified location.

How much does it cost to rent a vehicle?

The total price of your booking is made up of the time price and the price for the kilometers driven. Both depend on the vehicle booked. We are not yet able to provide you with the final price at the time of booking, as this depends on the distance you actually drive. The price for each kilometer driven will be displayed when you book the respective vehicle.

How can I use a vehicle at the daily rate, weekend rate or weekly rate?

If you would like to use a vehicle for a whole day, simply enter the desired period in the booking request. Our cooperation partner will automatically calculate the best price for you. The daily price is reached after 10 hours at most locations and is valid for 24 hours from the time of rental. When using the daily rate, please always enter an end of booking time and stick to it. The car is not automatically reserved for you for 24 hours once the daily rate has been reached.

How can I change or extend a booking?

If you would like to change the original booking period, you can simply do this in the app of our car sharing partner for sustainable mobility under “My bookings”. This also applies if you want to extend a booking that has already started. The prerequisite for this is that your vehicle has not already been reserved by a subsequent customer booking.

Until when can I cancel free of charge?

If you are unable to make your booking, please cancel it online or via the app. Otherwise, the vehicle of our car sharing partner will be reserved for the specified period for a fee and cannot be booked by other users. Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the booking. After this time, a flat-rate cancellation fee will be charged as set out in the fee schedule.

How much does it cost to rent a vehicle?

Our cooperation partner cannot yet provide you with the final price at the time of booking, as this depends on the distance you actually drive. The price for each kilometer driven will be displayed when you book the respective vehicle from our car sharing partner.

Can one account be used by several people?

Your account is not transferable and the access data may therefore not be given to other persons. The vehicle may only be driven by the registered customer. However, any passengers may of course be taken along, depending on the number of seats.

Can I use a vehicle despite the probationary period?

To use the car sharing vehicles and the electric seat scooters of our cooperation partner, you must be of legal age and have a valid driver’s license. The probationary period or the age itself is not a registration criterion. Accompanied driving at 17 is not possible.

Cargo bikes can be rented without a valid driver’s license from a minimum age of 14 years.

Can I drive abroad with the vehicles?

With the vehicles of our cooperation partner, you can drive to other European countries without any problems. In the vehicles you will find the green insurance card that you need to drive in some countries. Within the EU, the green insurance card is no longer mandatory. If you do not find the card in the vehicle you have booked and need it, please contact our cooperation partner’s customer service by e-mail. There is an exception for journeys to Poland. The Polish government requires you to present a certain document when entering the country, which you should request from our cooperation partner’s customer service before starting your journey. Our cooperation partner will then send this to you by post (in urgent cases also by e-mail).

Where can I charge electric vehicles?

The charging process can be carried out at the home station at any time, even if your booking is still in progress. If you need to charge on the road, please find out about the options beforehand. A charging card can be found in the glove compartment of all car sharing vehicles. This works in a similar way to a fuel card, which you can use to top up at many charging stations throughout Europe. The app of our car-sharing partner Quartier FÜRstenried West always shows you all nearby charging stations. You can find out the details by clicking on “INFO” next to the charging status during the booking process.

The presence of the cable must always be checked before driving off. The charging process takes different lengths of time, depending on the vehicle model, charging station and charge status of the battery. On average, you can expect 2-3 hours for a full charge at public charging stations.

When you pick up the vehicle, please remember to take the charging cable with you and do not leave it hanging at the station. Otherwise you will be charged the cost of replacing the cable if you lose it. It is therefore very important to always keep the cable with you in the vehicle. Please reconnect the vehicle to the station when you return it and check that the charging process has started at the charging station and vehicle.

What is the range of an electric vehicle?

When the battery is fully charged, the Renault ZOE and similar models achieve a range of approx. 350 km under optimum conditions according to the manufacturer’s specifications. Depending on individual driving style, temperature, road conditions, payload or use of air conditioning or heating, the range may be significantly reduced.

Depending on the pedal assistance selected, all bikes have a range of between 40 and 80 kilometers.

How many bikes can I borrow at the same time?

Only one vehicle can be rented per account at a time.

During the journey

How do I open/lock a car sharing vehicle?

Use the app to open the vehicle. Vehicles can be opened up to 15 minutes before the booked journey. The vehicle key is located in the glove compartment. During breaks in your journey, simply lock the car using the central locking system on the vehicle key. When you return the car, please insert the key with the black chip back into the slot in the glove compartment. You can then lock the vehicle again using the app. Before you leave the vehicle, please always check that the doors are firmly locked.

What do I do if the car is not sufficiently loaded when I pick it up?

The vehicles of our cooperation partner must always be plugged into the charging station at the location when they are returned so that the next user will find a sufficiently charged vehicle. If you find your vehicle with a lower charge level, please inform our cooperation partner by phone or app, as you would when reporting damage. Our cooperation partner will warn the previous user accordingly and can rebook the vehicle to another vehicle if necessary.

What do I do if I cannot keep to the booking time?

If you are unable to keep to the originally specified booking time, please extend the booking in good time via the app. If the car is still available, the extension is possible without any problems. If an extension is not possible, please inform our cooperation partner by telephone as early as possible. In the event of a late return without prior extension, late fees will be charged according to the list of fees.

Where can I return the vehicle?

The vehicles of our cooperation partner are station-bound and must be returned to their starting point after booking. It is not possible to switch between stations.

Do I get a discount if I return the vehicle earlier?

No, you will not receive a discount for an earlier return, as the vehicle is not available for any other users at the reserved time. With this policy, our cooperation partner wants to prevent excessively long bookings being made on the vehicles.

How can I hire bikes?

You can rent the bikes conveniently via app:

  1. Open the app, stand next to a bike and reserve the bike via the app.
  2. Use the app to open the locker at the station to remove the bike’s safety chain.
  3. Unplug the charging cable and open the frame lock on the bike using the app.

Accident / damage / soiling

What should I do in the event of an accident?

In the event of an accident, please always pay attention first and foremost to your own safety and the safety of the people involved. Once the scene of the accident has been secured, please call the police and mention that it was a rental vehicle. This is very important for the subsequent processing. Afterwards, please contact the customer service of our cooperation partner by telephone on +49 160 94476870 or +49 241 95788366. Our cooperation partner will help you with the rest of the process and will arrange a repair service, for example. An accident is also minor damage that occurs during your rental period, e.g. contact with a crash barrier or other objects. Call the police here too and contact us afterwards.

What should I do in the event of damage or soiling?

In the MOQO app you will find an overview of all known damage to the vehicle. Please check the vehicle for damage before you start your journey and compare it with the damage already noted. If there is any new damage, you must report this directly via the app. This also includes soiling and missing vehicle equipment.

How high is the deductible in the event of a claim?

The deductible in the event of a claim is 300 euros for all claims.

How high is the deductible in the event of a claim?

The excess for cars and e-scooters is 300 euros for all claims (third-party, partial and fully comprehensive cover). The excess for bicycles in the event of damage, destruction or theft is 20% of the claim amount, up to a maximum of 300 euros per claim. The insurance conditions can be viewed in detail for each vehicle in the MOQO app before booking.
