The portal guides you step by step through the damage report process: After your phone number is verified, you’ll be asked to provide the affected room or location, the damaged item, the nature of the problem, and a detailed description. Any follow-up questions can then be answered directly.

B&O is normally available Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Emergencies should be reported exclusively by phone. For elevator malfunctions, contact Hundt Consult at 040 / 33 44 15 30. The emergency and elevator service is available 24 hours a day.
