FÜRstenried West is growing: Moving into BERGBLICK and BERGGARTEN

The FÜRstenried West neighborhood continues to grow: The first residents have moved into BERGBLICK and BERGGARTEN. At the same time, leasing continues. The two new buildings add a total of 107 apartments to the neighborhood and create additional opportunities for community, physical activity, and families.

With its 18 stories, BERGBLICK sets a new height record in the neighborhood and offers 91 apartments ranging from one to five rooms. An accessible rooftop terrace, a bookable club room, and the neighborhood fitness center provide spaces for socializing and exercise. A practice for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy is being built on the ground floor.

BERGGARTEN offers 16 family-friendly three- and four-room apartments with balconies or rooftop terraces. A children’s center featuring a daycare, nursery, and after-school care program is being built on the ground floor and first floor.
