News from the neighborhood: Rotondo House and Brisi House

In June, we celebrated the topping-out ceremony for the Rotondo building in the FÜRstenried West district. The 18-story new building on Forst-Kasten-Allee will be a visible landmark in the district. The building has 91 modern rental apartments, complemented by a commercial unit, a neighborhood gym, and a communal roof terrace. Completion is scheduled for early 2026.

The successful leasing of the commercial space as a physiotherapy practice also expands the medical services available in the neighborhood. Rooms for physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy are being created on more than 200 square meters. At the same time, a neighborhood fitness studio is also being set up. It will be available to all residents in the future and will offer free training. These facilities will strengthen the neighborhood in the areas of health and exercise in the long term.

Haus Brisi was also completed in the summer. The hybrid timber construction on Appenzeller Straße is the first fully subsidized building in the neighborhood. Eighteen apartments and a small commercial unit were built, and fourteen apartments have already been rented out. Income-based subsidies from the Free State of Bavaria ensure that households with low and middle incomes can find affordable housing. The building impresses from a technical standpoint with its KfW 55 standard, photovoltaic system, and tenant electricity model. A digital infrastructure complements the amenities.
