Progress with the extensions in the neighborhood

Work on the first extension building, Haus Lütispitz, is almost complete. The extension itself has been completed and the first apartments have already been handed over to new tenants, whom we warmly welcome. The refurbishment of the existing building is also progressing: new thermal insulation and fresh plaster give the building a modern look. The final electrical and painting work is still outstanding before the digital doorbell and letterbox systems are installed.

The extensions in Bellinzonastrasse are also proceeding according to plan. New tenants have moved in and the final work will soon be completed. Similar to Lütispitz, the final installation of digital components will take place here.

Construction work is also in full swing on Appenzeller Strasse and around Quartiersplatz (Appenzellerstrasse 111). A total of around 80 new apartments are being built. The energy-efficient refurbishment of the existing buildings will raise the district to a new level by ensuring greater energy efficiency and improving the residential environment in the long term.
