Sustainability on your own roof – soon possible thanks to our tenant electricity model! Attention residents of Bellinzona Strasse 12, 22, 30 and Appenzeller Strasse 121! Together with the energy supplier NWG Power, the FÜRstenried West district will be making a significant contribution to climate protection from 01.08.2024. With the new tenant electricity model, you can save money on your electricity costs! In the coming weeks, the four buildings at Bellinzonastr. 12, 22, 30 and Appenzellerstr. 121 will be equipped with ultra-modern solar systems for NWG tenant electricity. This will give us access to 100% green electricity generated exclusively from solar energy. By using this electricity, you actively contribute to reducing CO2 emissions and at the same time benefit from fair and transparent tariffs. We will inform you in good time via notices, the neighborhood newspaper and our website. All other buildings in the neighborhood will gradually be equipped with solar systems and converted to NWG tenant electricity as well.
