The new FÜRstenried West quarter

In Munich’s Fürstenried West district, a modern 21st century quarter is being created with a high quality of living and quality of life as well as affordable rental apartments and newly created buildings, surrounded by greenery and a good infrastructure.

A livable neighborhood in the middle of southern Munich. Fürstenried is one of the most sought-after districts in Munich. Fürstenried West is particularly popular with young families. The neighborhood development will create socially acceptable and sustainable living space here. In total, around 650 new, attractive rental apartments will be created in Munich in the mid-price segment, around a third of which will be socially subsidized. At the same time, the district will offer a high quality of life in the long term and a modern living environment.

The upcoming neighborhood development will create a lively district in the FÜRstenried West neighborhood in Munich, which is adapted to modern living requirements. A future-proof mobility concept and sustainable neighborhood services will ensure a high quality of life for both existing and new residents. The FÜRstenried West district offers many locational advantages

The Fürstenried West district is an attractive residential location that is around 10 km from Munich city center and has excellent public transport connections. The FÜRstenriedWest district is also adjacent to the workplace locations in Martinsried and Großhadern, which are also to be further expanded in the future. With its location between Forstenrieder Park and the Waldfriedhof cemetery, the residential location offers plenty of green spaces and therefore lots of room for families, for being active or for relaxing.
