A new property management company for the FÜRstenried West neighborhood
At the start of 2025, the FÜRstenried West neighborhood will undergo an important change: the property management team will be replaced. This decision is the result of a great deal of feedback and suggestions for improvement from tenants, which have been collected and evaluated in recent months. The new management team is now set to bring a breath of fresh air and even more service-oriented support to the neighborhood.
The choice fell on Smart Property Management GmbH, an experienced team with a strong focus on transparency and tenant satisfaction. Together with the previous Ackermann property management company, the transition is already being carefully prepared in order to make the change as smooth as possible. We are doing everything we can to ensure that you experience the change as a positive step. The new property management company will inform you separately about all further details, such as the new contact persons and contact options, shortly.
With the change in property management, tenant consultation hours will take place three times a week on the following days from 13.01.2025 at the neighborhood meeting point at Appenzeller Strasse 111:
Monday from 3 to 6 PM
Wednesday from 3 bis 6 PM
Freitag von 09:00 bis 13:00 Uhr

1. Why is the property management company being changed?
The change in property management is part of our efforts to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of our services. This step follows an in-depth evaluation of our previous management services and is aimed at meeting the needs and expectations of our tenants even better.
2. When will the change of property management take place?
The new property management company will take over responsibility from January 1, 2025 and will be available for you at the Nachbarschaftstreff from 13.01.2025. Until then, the current property management company Ackermann will continue to provide all services as usual.
3. How was the new property management company selected?
The new property management company was selected through a transparent tendering process in which several providers had the opportunity to present their concepts. The decision was based on a variety of criteria, including experience, performance and a clear understanding of the specific requirements of our neighborhood.
5. What changes do you expect from the new property manager?
Tenants can expect further optimized support for their concerns, improved communication channels and optimization in the general management of their housing situation. For example, the new property manager will be permanently based on site and will be available to you on several days of the week as part of the tenant consultation hours. Detailed information on the specific changes will be communicated in good time before the changeover.
6. Will the previous contact persons be retained?
All previous contacts will remain in place until the change in property management. The new contact persons will be introduced comprehensively for the changeover on 01.01.2025 in order to ensure a smooth transition and continuous support.
