From Monday, O1. July 2024, Wellmann GmbH will take over the janitor service in the Fürstenried West quarter. With more than 25 years of experience in facility management, Wellmann GmbH provides comprehensive services for the care and maintenance of properties. The aim of Wellmann GmbH is to improve the quality of life in the neighborhood and ensure a clean and safe living environment. The dedicated team will ensure that all residents’ concerns and needs are dealt with efficiently and promptly. The tasks of the new janitor service include regular maintenance and care of the communal areas, minor repairs, looking after the outdoor facilities, winter maintenance and monitoring the building services.
