News from August: Tenant consultation hours on the first Thursday of the month

Dear tenants,

From August, we will be adapting our tenant consultation hours to your needs: on the first Thursday of every month from 2-5 pm, you can now discuss your wishes, problems and questions with us in the afternoon. There will be no consultation hours in the morning on this day.

The regular tenant consultation hours will remain as usual on the other Thursdays from 09-12 AM. Both time slots offer you the opportunity to clarify your wishes, problems and questions in a personal meeting. Our tenant consultation hours take place in the Nachbarschaftstreff at Appenzeller Strasse 111.

What can you expect during tenant consultation hours?

The team is there to help and advise you, whether it’s about rental issues, questions about your tenancy agreement or general concerns about your apartment. They will also share up-to-date information about the neighborhood and planned projects that affect your living environment.

How do I register?

Please register in advance at mieterveranstaltung@ackermann-gruppe.de, to avoid waiting times and ensure that there is enough time for your request.
