Our FÜRstenried West neighborhood is awarded

The FÜRstenried West district received the Real Estate Social Impact Investing Award in the “Projects under development” category for its sustainability and social infrastructure.

For the third time, the ICG is awarding the industry prize in cooperation with “Immobilienmanager” and honoring lighthouse projects.

The award ceremony focused on our vision for Fürstenried West: we are creating a vibrant, sustainable and liveable neighborhood. At its core is urgently needed and attractive living space, a third of which is socially subsidized. However, we are not only developing the apartments, but also creating services that ensure a high quality of life for our residents in the long term.

Special mention was made of our attractive green spaces, the varied playgrounds and our neighborhood square with the newly opened FÜRstin and the neighborhood meeting place.
